Perfecting a ES 3/4 with 7b funding is a waste. Your weapon is your most important factor in range. With 7b it's greatly suggested that you spend 3-4b on a perfect ES 7/8. The remaining 3-4b can get you anywhere from 40-60% Int depending on what you buy. 7b won't get you 100%, more like 75%, maybe less, because anything that is not an earring and has over 12% Int is ridiculously overpriced.

As BaM I plan on sticking it through with this staff since its fast and isn't as expensive as ele staves 5-8 x) I do plan on perfecting it however. If you don't mind answering, how much % int do you think this 6-7b would garner me? :]

Ahh thanks ahaha but thus far I've already equipped the DABR and have a 136 matk ele staff for now with 4 slots left and no hammers used ^-^. And as for the funding issue i have about 6-7b to spend after selling all of my other equips so yea, that should be taken care of pretty well :]. Oh and regarding the empress equips, I think I might go for them and slowly cube my way up? The only real problem i see arising is the cape since that's quite expensive. How much do dabr sell for in bera? If its like broa and 3xxmish to 4xxmish sell it to save some money. I'd say, go for a clean ele staff (since the prescrolled duped ones would probably exceed your budget). Take advantage of the event and maybe slate 10 percent or slate 60 percent it. That should cost around 1bilish to 1.5bilish (if anything don't overpay for an above avg one, go for an avg one if it saves you a few hundred mill). If you sell the dabr that should put you at a good 5 bil. Next will be the equips. Go for 12 to 15 percent int clean earrings and limit the max you'll spend on them to 300 to 500mish max. Slate 60 percent or 10 percent them. You'll still have a cool 4.6bilish after. Since mages need a mixture of magic att and good percent int you can varry most of the other equips. I'd say at first try to get everything at 6 percent (as cheap as possible). For a bam empress isn't as useful as it can be to other mages just because it takes a ton of money to self cube and scroll not to mention you don't get to use the extra 30 percent boss or 30 extra magic att. Empress equips are nice but expensive so I'd say upgrade to some of them eventually when you get more funds. Certain mage equips will be hard to find. Also, I wouldn't recommend buying any pricey unique non empress equips as chances are you will eventually upgrade. Remember key to funding is not putting all your eggs in one basket. If you have one equip, you should per say be able to afford ten+ other equips of the same price (minus your weapon ;p).
