Final attack procs per hit?
I was wondering if whether Final Attack had a chance to proc per line of Ishtar's ring; As in, each hit of ishtar's ring does 2 lines of damage, do each of them have a chance to proc final attack? I heard that with phantoms, the 2 lines of mille can proc a carte noir each, is this the same with mercedes?
