Other jobs should only take about 28 quests to be able to get into the castle.
At least it only took 28 for me.

Assuming that Heliseum equipment drop rates are intended, they won't be rare and will keep doing down in price.
Plus, it's more of an item geared towards Nx buyers who can't afford a godly 24%+ regular or Empress cape and players who can't afford high %main stat items.
The Tyrant equipment, on the other hand.... (well they're nearly impossible to get unless Nexon starts dumping them via events/wheels/gacha)

I know that for Tyrant equipment, it raised each stat by 25-30 per enhancement. I think it's probably to a lesser extent with the Heliseum equipment.
Also, I believe that enhances only start adding attack past the 6th or 7th enhance.

Yeah, that does make some sort of sense. With the enhancing bonus on these capes, can we expect att/matt to increase by 3 or 4 every enhancement, or will it only affect str, luk, int and dex?

Oh, weird. I beat that guy and didn't get any drops. I was just casually killing Totems for the quests and I got one from them.

It would be 1.5b if it was tradeable.

In KMS, the boss guy who throws potions drops those capes. And because he's a boss, his drop rate for it is higher.

Probably worth the least out of all Heliseum capes seeing that Thief Empress Capes are the most common Empress cape and most people have them chaosed to comparable attack with Legendary potential.
