How do people end up in Twisted Aqua under lvl 200?
I don't get it?
I saw a video of a level 106 there and in EMS a level 161 guy is in Twisted Aqua. How?

The thing hasn't been fixed in EMS, so I could enter it as @Mlurt1 says

Yea there was this glitch but the Twisted Aquarium Town Scroll works too for anyone below Lv200. My Shadower Lv16x got there too after using one.

Town scroll to Twisted Aqua?
I asked my friend for a Nearest Town Scroll but without noticing she gave me a Town Scroll to Twisted Aqua. I thought it was a Nearest Town Scroll, but after I used it I was in Twisted Aqua lol.
i know there was a glitch if you watched right in aqua you were sent there, but thats patched now, they probably got there the same way
