Help with noob cannoneer
I created a cannoner but I screwed up by putting 19 points into Barrel Roll so I cant put my points into some 3rd job skill. Should I make a new cannoneer or continue with him? Also, is it easy to fund them in the long run? I want a class which is good at bossing because its the only way to make good money if you are poor and if a cannoneer will help, I want to continue with it.

I did my first switch at level 150 and it still cost me 111m.
Switching back tomorrow though, Buccaneers are fun...but Cannoneers feel like they're just more adequate at doing....everything.
Cannoneers don't need that much to be honest.

Just do this at 100. Should be <5m
cannoneers are really good at gollux and in general nice bossers
as for your sp issue above is the best bet
If you want a class that's easy to fund then go Demon Avenger.
