Is Eqillibrium affected by Buff Duration?
Basically what the title says. I have a 25% Buff Duration IA right now but its only Epic. I have ~120k points so I want to try and go for a better IA but im not sure if I wanna lose the Buff Duration.

It increases the duration of equilibrium but not equalize because it's a hyper skill

It may sound glamorous for the short term run, but personally, I like to go for legs and get a better line from there. 10.1k per reset (to prevent leg IA from dropping)

If you want, most people go for leg IA and 50% buff duration or +1 att speed.

I believe it increases equilibrium but not equalize (the hyper)
Buff duration does increase Equilibrium up time.
