Mage Merching Suggestions?

Well based on my other threads it seems that the most I can get out of the 1.5b I have right now is to buy the entire fafnir/dunwich set of equips which is apparently the strongest set of equipment in the game as of now. Now I'm totally fine with that, and I can easily get all of the equips since the prices are:

-150m Mana Cradle (Weapon)
-150m Royal Dunwitch Hat (Clean)
-10m Dunwitch Robe (Clean/Pot)
-1.5b Trixter Pants (Clean) <<Might have a problem spending all my money on a pair of pants though.... ._.

Obtaining these is going to be a breeze, but the thing is, what do I do when I get them?
Am I supposed to scroll/potential/cube them myself? I suck at enhancing things, I'm not usually very lucky, and I honestly really don't want to spend a ton of NX.
I will p2w but to an extent. Most of what I want to do potentially needs to be done in game (mesos). Should I just buy them scrolled? I doubt I could afford it.. Sigh.

I also have another question. I'm looking for everything I can possibly boost my range with even by a little bit. So if anyone can suggest me some options, please tell me!
Right now, I'm in a shop selling "badges" I've never seen these before (since I'm a veteran player) and they look nice. 10m for a 2 m.atk, 2 Int Halflinger Expedition badge. Looks okay to me. I'm assuming I'll just equip it normally into the badge slot of the equip tab, but are there better badges? If so, where can I get them?
I'm also at level 29 Charm so soon I'll be able to get a pocket item to wear. What is the best pocket item?

I really appreciate all your suggestions and recommendations and I will take note of everything. Thank you very much for your time!

Find (IGN Echoration at cc 1 fm 10 (left) Scania if you'd like to give him some pointers as well because he also wants to know! Thanks!

Best suggestion is to wait for a good coin store and use that to scroll your items. That's always what I highly recommend to any of my friends who are deciding to make their own equips.
