Decent speed infusion
Is this skill only for 120+ gloves?
and if it is, then why is it 120+ while the other decent skills (HB, adv bless, CO, haste, door) are just 70+?

You know what I meant,
They say speed infusion helps if youre using a normal attack speed weapon

Aren't HB and Haste both second job skills?
lemme clarify a bit. speed infusion, sharp eyes(before they were replaced), and other 4th job decent buffs are always on lvl 120+ equips
hyper body can be on 70+ and so is haste
HB,Haste, CO and Door are on 70+ equipment only because they are 3rd job skills while SE,SI,AdvB are 120+ equipment only because they are 4th Job skills.
