What are the general Stats you should have?
For like top, bottom, overall, weapon, etc. What %'s should you have for high damage?

Wel...12-15%+ on each item is pretty good
Get the cheapest one if you can't afford it but get many.
For example instead of 9%STR Earrings which would be like 150-200m, get 6% which costs around 10, instead of a 6% belt which costs around 100m+? Get a 4% which is 15-20, you get the picture. If you can afford it just make sure you buy every piece of gear you can with %stat meaning don't buy 15%STR earrings for 1b then have 0 mesos left to buy nothing else.
An unfunded person who buys no NX should have at least 3% per equip except maybe for the eye/face accessory.

Depends on your budget
