They sell Owl of Minervas for 10k in potion shop so you can use those to check the price of each piece. Most of the armour should be less than 20m except for maybe the cape, shoulder and weapon.

you'd be better off getting the fafnir top, bottom, and hat then filling the other pieces with bits of empress and SW
