I know no one ones going to help me. but ill try
So i bought the name change and it has been in my inventory for like 2weeks ago and in the patches it says they are responding to them yet why my name has not been changed? Can someone help clarify this for me? I am really confused on this subject.
Am i suppose to leave it in my Cash Shop or in my inventory?
Please help a noob like me -_-

No well i already got the name approved and my step by step process..
1. Bought it 10k gone..
2. Read its and say you read it
3. Like how you make a new character you have to input a name and get it "Checked"
4. then i got my name approved it went into my CS as the name changer thingy
5.then i simply took i out of my Cs and put it into my inventory
And waited for nexon to change my name after 2 patches i realized something was wrong?

This is weird maybe nexon doesnt like me and ignored my request...

If it expires before nexon changes your name, due to them not doing it with a server check or a patch or whatnot...then by all means, you can sue them for taking your money like that~
If the blames on you for why it isn't changed, then theres no hope of that. I don't know what you're doing with it though, so I can't help~
