I know i need 3lined stuff, but does it matter what lvls?
Planning to buy CHtp 3lined how much would you think this would cost in bera?

Basicall what JeebusSon said with everything 3 lined and 15%+ luk. And to fix something, a blackfist cape is better than a pac because it can have higher % luk and most likely higher attack.
Most high level shads with access to cubes and such will use the level 80 pirate top+bottom, level 80-120 shoes, wg(unless you make a well scrolled reverse glove with SE), zhelm/czak, vip belt/atk belt, some kind of 3 line earrings, High level luk potential cape or high atk potentialed PAC then some sorta of face and eye equip.
In Bera, a 3 line, 40 stat chtp is basically max mesos right now. Ever since the chaos horntail hackers were banned, not many new chtp are added to the ecconomy. Im saving for the same thing and having a lot of difficulty finding any under 2.1b.
