i think in this case they might because of the influx of items that have come from what has happend and also the price drops on the LGR and all the von leon stuff as well as chairs that came into the game during the time of 12am and when the bans started flowing in

Would they really do it daily, especially so long since the last time? We've had other major situations people thought needed a rollback, but they didn't, and considering the scale of data required to be backed up periodically, it is a possibility the system is no longer in place.

well there really is only one solution to do in the case is just do a roll back to 11:59am on 09/01/15 and then change the price before they bring the server back up because i know there is a few people out there that got 1 or 2 packs of 11 so that really isnt anything to get banned over but for the people that bought over 100k of nx worth then they sould have something else done maybe like a week ban or something

but i think just rolling back to the day b4 and it should be all good and set

The people who do maintenance and essential work in these situations clearly wouldn't be available in the middle of the night without notice, so they instead went with the more general method of banning all accounts effected. The ban prevents anymore trading or using of items from the gachapon until the needed staff come in and do proper adjustments. Definitely going to be lifted once they decide on what to do.

@littletlk: i imagined that some really disgruntled employee decided to troll nexon as a "ef yall im quitting... Payce!" Kinda deal going on

it's possible an admin wasn't available to bring the servers down.
They fixed the price in the CS though, so who really knows. I assumed only admins could adjust that.

Honestly. This just gives me an even bigger reason to quit this game. I even told everyone that I was quitting MapleStory a few weeks ago. And I kind of already did. I was mostly just afk, either doing school work, playing League or watching movies.

I hope they perm ban all of em. The cries and tears will be so entertaining to read. No offense to 90% of the basil population tho.

They'll probably make a post in regards to the situation later today, then when everything gets sorted out, they'll probably just unban you during the maintenance.

I don't think GMs have the ability to trade-block players, so I think they're just looking through the chat log and banning everyone who gach'd today while they try to figure out what the hell to do with the situation. And they're probably just picking random reasons for the ban, hence all the seemingly random ban messages.

I actually think 100-200 NX per ticket would be a reasonable permanent price.

They're just temporarily freezing the items that would have flowed into the economy if they had not. I'm sure most people will get unbanned depending on how much you actually exploited this mistake on their behalf.
