Hi so i recently bought a Interpid Slash 30 and used it and it worked, but unfortunetly it didnt rise my skill to 30
does anyone know about this problem?

I have an intrepid slash 30 for sale if you would like to buy it.

It raises the skill cap to 30. It doesn't make the skill level 30. You still have to level up and put skill points into it.
Even if it fails, there is a yellow tree. If it passes, a yellow leaf follows the tree animation. If it fails, black smoke follows the tree animation. Your book failed.
No it worked, i saw the yellow tree thing go around my body, i just forgot what the msg'd said but im 100% sure it worked
