Can master craftsman cube tier up to legendary?
Dumb question but I know it says unique and I have like 10 in my bank I can use and not sure if I should wait until miracle time to use them.

No. Miracle Time also doesn't affect the tiering of your Master Craftsman cubes.

I always like to make sure since 1) It's Nexon, anything can go wrong and 2) I always like to make sure since I don't like to blow all my real money on cubes, the cubes I get in-game are all I got.

Master can only go as high as unique. Meisters can go legendary.
