Help, Hidden Driver O.o

I looked at my AVG after the notification of a virus and it said
Threat: Hidden driver
Object Name:/device/mfeavfk01.sys.

So what do i do ? O.O
and what's a hidden driver? a virus? O.o

@AznYoungGun24 Having two anti-viruses causes conflict with each other, it applies to all avs. Anti-spyware on the other-hand is different and you could have 1 or 2

I asked my bro about this, and he said avg and mcafee conflict with eachother O.o is this true?

Just remove it with AVG then restart your comp.

Its not a virus. It means you had Mcafee installed either now or in the past and during uninstallation it didnt entirely remove everything.

If it tells you Cleanup Successful, then restart your computer, and you are good to go.
