@ghostme: There are at least 5 Gm'd ones when I scan the FM. Try look in FM2-6 and FM22 in Channel 1 and FM1 in channels 2-3.

I suppose thats what you get for having the cheapest capes in fm
@ghostme I see them for 1b clean. There's usually 1 or 2 in the FMs when I look (I check daily for Warrior Empress Cape) so you just gotta look.
Any baselards in Broa?
... theres actually quite a few out there in the FMs. Soon as I bought an average stated one, I saw like 5 above average ones in the FM -.- Hate it when that happens.

Cause there are bunch of Shads and DBs who use Baselards. Pick less population class like Bucc or Bowman and you don't have to suffer about weapon supply.
