The New iPad

Today Apple announced the new iPad, but it isn't called the "iPad 3". I don't even know what it's supposed to be called. I googled it, "studied" the apple website... nothing >;o
So is it The new iPad? iPad? Resolutionary? iPad HD?

When the iPad was first announced, it was speculated about $200 cheaper then what people suspected the iPad would cost. Other companies compete with a cheaper tablet.
lolololol didn't they just came out with the new one last year?man this is why i do not like apple..i was so close to buying the ipad2 i am so glad i didn't -__-
It's a marketing strategy called Planned Obsolescence. Manufacturers purposely design products to become outdated in a short period of time. So when a new model comes out, consumers will have the urge to stay up-to-date. Therefore more profit. (:

I am enjoying all the unwarranted hate for Apple. Are there comparable tablets out there? Sure. Are they significantly cheaper? No.
And no, I am not a fan boy, the only apple product I own is an old ipod nano.

Isn't it the exact same price as the iPod2?
