If you think you can do better than that potential, you should cube over it. However, if you think you're pretty good where you already are, you should just keep the potential. Personally, I would cube over it, mainly because %stat isn't as good on a weapon compared to others, like %att/boss/pdr. Regardless, the potential is not bad.
you havent told us your range, how would we able to tell you how much pdr you should have? if you have 100k range, do you think its wise to have 90% pdr? lol
Depends on your situation, but it's best to go for at least 2 lines of % boss/%att DB has a lot of PDR already so you should just go for %pdr on your Emblem with some %att.
In an ideal situation you want PDR, Boss Damage, or %atk on your weapon but since you are not buying NX for cubes and only getting it from boss drops and I assume reward points you should keep that for now and cube your other gears.
I would keep for now if i were you. No rush for better lines cause the percentage of getting better is probably very slim @b14d3m. If only you were in bera..

Farm rewards for black cubes then I guess. cube your other stuff in the mean time.
