If you leveled up on your character, you get a yellow note which allowed you to get special things. You get one note per level

20% and gives 7 Wep att. However, if they fail, the item is instantly destroyed.
Too bad that probably won't be in GMS 'till next year or the year after, depending if we get the 7th Anniversary stuff this year (even though its just the 6th Anniv.).
The new anniversary scrolls are 20% scrolls that give 7 attack for weapon scrolls, and 350 hp for accessory, they exist in our database as well, these scrolls have a 100% chance of exploding if it fails.
Also, what is the last item?
