think like 'gosh, i dont have any self control whatsoever. i have to get this done to prove to myself i can do whatever i want whenever i want' u can do it! dont be weak!
If its on a computer just turn it off man; or play this in the back of your mind
You're a full retard if you can't do the things that are simply too easy
