So it happenedI got hacked
Sorry to vent but after not being on for only 2 days i realized i got hacked today. The hacker changed my password but im confused as to how this is possible since i have access to the main email address and no "confirmation" email was sent to me, and also when i click reset password i dont get any emails either.
Do you guys know what steps i can do to get my account back ? aka Name characters on it, provide an ID. i have screenshots of previous password changes and also a screenshot confirming my recent Karma Koin Redemption if that would help ?
i already logged a ticket but im not sure how long they will take to get back to me
btw no i dont go on any hack sites just to avoid this exact situation. i dont share accounts. however my anitvirus software is expired. but i dont see how that would target my maple account.
also when i checked rankings my items are missing so i dont think the hacker is actually planning on playing with my account

well i changed my email password. and unfortunately i typed my password correctly and it didnt work
same thing happened to me like 2months ago, i knew i wouldnt get my account back tho cause he was playing on it, ive stalked him on my mule account for a week, sent in tickets tried doing password reset when i was hacked, didnt get email, now i cant even go on the account cause he changed like everything
Having an expired antivirus is also an issue, if your antivirus data base is not upgraded to the latest version/virus data base then the antivirus software is useless because it will not detect the new virus.
If you got no confirmation email, the hacker probably has access to your email and deleted it.

Hey dude that happened to one of my accounts too. I keep hitting pw reset and it never sends a thing to the email
