Can you use the school uniforms you buy from FriendStory to anvil your tops? Or is it just overalls only?

To be honest, the overalls should have just been perm NX equips. That way you could wear them over anything regardless if you had the top + bottom combo

Ah I see, never used anvils before.
But the school uniform coupons aren't really anvils, so I thought they would be an exception.
What a waste of great looking uniforms since endgame equips are CRA tops/bottoms
