That sucks, i wanted to hunt for the advance pot scroll to save meso xD

I bought 4 2 handed wepaon for atk 50% for 10m each. Now I'm working on getting the Pieces of Time.
Anyone care to tell me what drops the advance potential scrolls? I cant seem to find a list for those.

Hmm, I have like 11 Spear 30% scrolls....But I have one problem. My Pinaka, which is 120 Atk right now needs upgrading but, I'm afraid to get a decent atk Faltizan/Alchupiz and then blow them up with them, but those are like the only way to get a high Atk spear (Or 50%s, which are up to 20mil each IIRC)... Should I risk a spear by scrolling it with 30%s? Or should I just try to get a great scrolled Pinaka?

P.S: 30% scrolling a Pinaka shouldn't be so bad, since it's much easier to remake than a Faltizan or an Alch, right?

About your storm shear : Yes you definatly need a better spear, preferably a Reverse Spear or a VIP spear if you can get your hands on one (I'm suggesting the reverse, for cost-effective ideas). You may also go with a Sky ski; I need more details on your economical status to give exact suggestions ><. Sky skiis do cost a ton more than reverse and maybe even VIP spears depending on the clean status. The spear would need to be 50%'d if you can get your hands on those, or old school 30% + 60%. I'd suggest 50%'s tho, makes much better spears. && Yes, a decently godly spear is 145+ now-adays, 120 is barely useable; No offense ofcourse.
*Note* Weapons can be upgraded to Boss attack %, which is what many people aim for, but you do need TONs of NX. If you aim for a higher damage overall and do not prefer bossing too often, then go with a high Strength % [What you should aim for as potentials on every piece of equip].

Taragon / Armor : You might wish to ditch that taragon, as far as I'm concerned, taragons are rarely 3 lines for potential (there is a 3 line and a 2 line status from potential gear. Example : my spear is 9% strength 6% all stat, 6% total damage, opposed to my sky skiis that is 6% strength and 6% all stat; I do not believe you can upgrade the number of lines that come with the potential, not even with cubes.) You would want to get a Top armor with Strength scrolling (above and beyond scrolling is not needed at all, just needs potential'd strength %, depending on how much nx you can get your hands on, 3%, 6%, to start, and work your way higher with Miracle cubes if you have the nx to fund it) as well as a bottom scrolled for dex if you need, either way, potential'd for strength % as well.

Glove probably needs an upgrade, maybe to a 17atk scg? maybe 18atk bwg if you can afford it, if not, then try to work for SE gloves or reverse gloves with str %, (unique version of reversal gloves, tons of cubes, but might be worth it) and 60% GFA on the Reverse Gloves. If you dont have the money to work towards gloves (a few hundred mil, possibly 600~800m if you're counting PoT's as well as cubes.) <-- estimated, I cant be sure as to how many cubes you get.

Mark of Narcian : Yes, your MoN can stay. If you wish to improve tho, look for a Chaos HornTail Pendant or just a regular HTP, potential it and go for strength %. I think around 6% str with the 22str or 40str bonus would be good enough to surpass your MoN. <-- Do this LAST or atleast After most of your gear.

Ravana Helm : Helm is fine, if you wish, potential a zhelm, scarhelm or a chaos zakum helm for strength % as well, but this is also one of those equips you work on LATER.

PAC / Cape : This is one of those equips that cant recieve much bonus from Potentials, as higher lvl'd equips recieve higher Percentage as well as bonuses in general, a lv50 cape wouldnt give much, mine's only at 4% stength and 4% hp after a hella mount of cubes. Just aim for a higher attack if you can.

Rings : Ring you can stay with Lilin's 3, Cruel's good for the HP and Insta kill tho. Up to you. The new alien rings are good too, but costly. They give a few bonuses on your strength. Get married as well, APQ and scrolling wedding ring? (JK dont blow it up. Haha, mine's 9str but I'm pretty nuts.)

Shoes : Go for reversal boots? or one of the lv100/110 ones, do it with maker skill with an adv power crystal for the strength bonus. After you make a decent one, potential and cube, just like every other equip? head for strength %. For boots tho, you can just get regular strength; as 5str = 1atk (roughly), a 20str shoe = 4atk-ish?. Good enough

Belt : Attack belt? or a strength % belt with attack (best option). If that wouldnt work, dont worry about the belt, work on everything else first, or get a 1atk belt and chaos it yourself, would be alot less costly if you can get a good 5-8atk in 2-3 tries. <- work on this later too, probably before helm and rings? but after weapon, top and bottom

Earrings : These are commonly used for the strength % bonuses. Rose earrings and Sword earrings are commonly potential'd and cubed for their higher level bonuses. You may also scroll these for dex if you need the accuracy. Get this pretty early on as well, 3% str bonus would be pretty common and awsome.

The trick to getting godly gear now is just nx. Endless amounts of NX cash = massive amounts of cubes. More cubes = better possiblity at godly gear. More cubes used = advanced Potential scrolls. Which leads to more items being potential'd. which THEN leads to MORREEE cubes and it's an endless cycle. I do wish you the very best of luck tho ><.[/quote]

Also, can anyone tell me what is suppossed to go 1st between potential scrolls and 50%s?
