Server Status/Nexons Awarness
Nexon's servers being down does not disturb me. We can always do something else while MS is down. (Ex. Rants)
What does, is the fact that Nexon should at least post information regarding the current situation.
They had the time to post information about being aware of scammers during the initial occurence.
How many of you agree/disagree that Nexon should inform its customers on their current stand point?

I think there was an event recently that rewarded a certain amount of NX purchased with MP.

I'd rather wait until they fully find out what the problem is rather than being told something immediately and have it become something else. As much as i'd like to know what's going on i'm sure they won't have a direct answer either.

Personally, I don't think Nexon has that quick of a response to things. Could take hours before any action is done. When it comes to posting current standpoint on issues, it seems the common approach they take is to work on the problem first, address us later. For all we know, Nexon only just found about this. Even if not, they're probably busy working on it anyways.
For all we know they don't fully understand the current situation. You really want them to just come out and say "we don't know what's going on sry"? Nothing is being done by telling us that and people would be bashing nexon even more endlessly than they already do. They updated us on the scammers notice because it was obvious that it would happen and there's very little mystery to just "you have a chance to be scammed" the mystery is figuring out how the server issues/NX dupe works and how they can be prevented.
