Unable to re-activate account through email

Last week or two ago, I went online to unlock my account through the Nexon website.
As soon as I logged in, it gave me the message to re-activate my account through email.
I checked my inbox, no email. Basically I am unable to access Nexon Games until I get the email to access.
This problem has been going for about a week or two now, if anyone has any ideas to help, it would be appreciated.

Already sent a ticket, not expecting a response.

Update: If anyone has an account with a yahoo email account attached, could you request a password change mail and see if you get that email?
I've just seen that so far, yahoo mail accounts are not able to receive emails from Nexon.
