Cause of my lower back pain?

It's been happening ever since i woke up a couple days ago. Whenever i bend over and backwards it just hurts really badly, I don't think it has anything to do with my kidney nor am i dehydrated.

Back problems can be many things. it can be kidney problems to a herniation. If anything it's due to bad posture. Do some core exercises and walking.

few things could have happened imo with the little detail you've given to us. It's possible that you've slept funny and it caused the muscles in your back to feel tight whenever you bent forward and back since you woke up. But its also possible the day before or while you were sleeping, you pulled/tore a muscle/ligament in your lower back and because of this its hurts when you bend forward and back because you are putting stress on injured muscles.

I'd suggest for now to stretch slowly for a couple days and to not aggravate the pain as it can get worse. If your still in the same pain, see a orthopedist and you'll most likely have to do physical therapy or at worst have surgery

Take a bath and put a hot compress on it when you're able to. It's likely you pulled something in the middle of the night, which will heal on its own.

I sprained my neck sleeping a few years ago. Woke up, turned my head to check the time, CRACK. Went to the doctor and all he did was put on a foam neck brace and sent me on my way. Go to the doctor if you're seriously worried, but I wouldn't be worried yet.

Do some stretches but if something is bothering it, do not continue to do that!
