Are beast tamers good bossers at all?
I'm wondering since they are basically stuck to one spot when attacking, and i would like to solo gollux pretty soon knowing i would probably have a hard time.

Beast Tamers are not good at end game bosses such as Magnus, CRA/RA, and Gollux.
In Bear form, Beast Tamers are completely vulnerable while attacking, they become sitting ducks like mechanics when using their hammer skill.
While Leopard form allows you to move while attacking, it is significantly weaker than Bear.
So the summary is, Beast Tamers are not great at bossing when compared to other classes. They can be useful party support in Cat mode though.
Offense wise, Beast Tamers suck at end game bosses. They're good at "old" bosses such as Zak and HT where the boss is stationary.
They ARE one of the best classes at training though.

You're not being nice to me.
Anyway, BT isn't very viable as an attacker for bosses, but they are glorious for support when you have a full party. They simply can't dodge or run after anything because of extra frames for the skills that bear contains.
They are meh, i think. Of course I just got it to 130 for the ring and the link skill so I'm probably not playing it right
depends. amount of lines they can do at max damage isnt much even combined with fart and moving boss if you can farther into fire( fire stacks up to 3+ times per hit for more damage) and spamming furious strikes.
I heard' they're not
if you hate being still, go leopard
