Question about Inner Abilities
If you lock the rank (ex: Unique) does that mean it can't go lower than Unique but it can go to Legendary or it will only stay at Unique?

If you lock the rank (ex: Unique) does that mean it can't go lower than Unique but it can go to Legendary or it will only stay at Unique?

Lock the rank and it wont go up or down as everybody above me said
I got legendary IA in 3 characters, but i had about 50k honor in each one (from lvling 1-100 only).
In my hero i used around 27k honor experience (without locking any reset) to get to legendary.
I would recommend farm up until you have at least 30k honor exp to start reseting.
Now getting the stats you want is very hard, i still farm alot to get to reset once and usually get +LUK or +INT for a warrior
Locking it means it wont go up or down.
If you're lucky you can keep resetting until legendary.
