Do Skill Books Still Work?
I'm just wondering because of all the new updates, do skill books still work? Like since most skills have gone from a maximum of 20 or 30 to 10 or 15. Like for Sharp Eyes. It's max level is 10 and there's only 20 and 30 ones available. Would it work? And why did Sharp Eyes for Marksmen get nerfed so much? It only lasts 100 sec at max level?

But that's probably because I've been playing this darned game for so long and was terrible at grinding.. and merching, too 8D
But when you've played for a long time regardless of your level, you at least get the basics of... everything there is to know O_o

Skill level neb? I'm not sure if there is one.(I'm late, probably)
But someone did confirm that CO doesn't work for mastery books, one of those threads back then, so yeah.

You need a 20 to go to 30, because you can only use a 30 with 15 points in the skill.

Okay.
Skill Books: Books you use to learn a skill.
Mastery Books: Books you use to raise a skill's level from either 10 to 20, 20 to 30, etc.
Skill books still exist, you have to find em though.
