for what i know and what i did that skill is givne in crusader quest once u go to the past and save mercedes that is bout to die.... i didnt even meet afrien in the story line quest and i got inherited will so no at least that nexon changed it this skill is given even without doing the storyquest

If you don't do the quests you won't unlock the quest that gives you Inherited Will which gives you this: Level 1: Permanently increases Magic ATT 10, Magic DEF 300, HP 15%, All stats 10, When attacking Boss Monster- Damage: +5%. And yes it stacks with Will of Alliance.

I skipped the quests all you do if you do them is like 3sp randomly for your attacking skills. And you do get the mount, it's just the saddle costs ~15mil and it's a different quest then the main evan storyline quests.

But my friend said at lv 50 you get the mount quest along with the growth.
