Can you get Princess Warrior and Jean from Showa?
I know it says in basil that you can get them from Showa, but the hair list is outdated, so I'm not sure if you can actually get it from there. I tried 5 times and didn't get either of them.

Yes.
All of the VIP hairs on Basil are updated correctly. The new Royals and such are not.
