Event Box Problem?

Ever since the 2x exp event has ended, has anyone experience any problems concerning the rewards of any of the event boxes? Some of them such as the red/yellow cube, ice chest, and purple sack no longer contain tempest coins with the exception of the actual tempest box. To add on, the none of the boxes contain 1.5x exp buffs anymore but only the crappy +10 atk buff. Is it just me, because I just open 200 of each box and haven't received any 1.5x exp buffs.
