and i found out that I havve 55% body fat.. ._. im 14 and 5'1, any suggestions on how to reduce this percentage? ):::

My Doctor said im 75% Overwieght O.o Im 13 - 4'8/9 =P Thats bad But I run a lot , maybe my diet
It isn't possible to think you're skinny with 55% body fat... you must have misheard or something. What did your doctor say? (S)he would have said, "LOSE WEIGHT!" if it was actually 55%.
That is more than people on the biggest loser, and they're all like whales. (no offense. It's a fact)
Are you sure it wasn't the 55th PERCENTILE? Because that is completely different, and if so, you are fine.

5'1 is really short for a 21 yr old don't you think? I know guys that are 6 feet at your age.

-57.81 Body Fat. lm 13 and 110 lbs. 5' 9".
I don't think 55% is possible...
Ask your doctor, he should be the one telling you how to reduce it as he has:
1) More information about your other health conditions.
2) A health professional.
3) Most likely not a 13-19 year old teenager on a forum with no medical training whatsoever.
eat better, exercise more, and try not to sleep more

Usually that means you have way more fat compared to your bone+muscles. Just excersize more, eat healtheir with lots of fruits and veggies, eat meals in smaller portions and less computer time!
