Pretty sure most public schools only look at 10-12. But since you send in your apps early in your senior year, you probably won't know your senior grades yet.

3.0 is like not even what they want.
u need like 40.9 gpa, have 30000 hours of community service, a job, ride a unicycle on a tightrope while doing that for charity, become the president of the united states, and have a unique personal statement.
