Hey Basil, I need help building a computer to stream

Hey guys, total noobie when it comes to PC/PC building.

I'm looking to be able to play League of Legends and stream without any fps issues whatsoever.
Additionally, I was hoping to be able to play some games like Skyrim or graphic intensive games without any trouble.
Would anyone care to recommend me some parts? On a side note, would it be cheaper to buy parts during Black Friday or Cyber Monday online?

Edit: $1000 dollar budget can go over thought to 1100ish

So what's going to make this difficult is your very limited knowledge on computer parts shopping. Some products can suddenly go on sale within the coming days. Newegg as an example likes to do "secret" sales and timed sales such as for 24 hours. It may come down upon you to make decisions and change your build list when the sales do appear. This list at any time is at best a suggestion.

Since you live in California, if you have a Fry's Electronics, or even better a Micro Center, look for deals from those stores.

-Expect good sales on storage. Hard drives in the 2 TB+ capacities and SSDs in the 240/256 GB capacities are likely candidates for fairly steep discounts.
-Some motherboards, power supplies, cases, and monitors are already seeing discounts. There will be more.
-Most Intel Haswell 2014 refresh processors and Nvidia GeForce 900 video cards are unlikely to see discounts. If the GeForce GTX 970 makes your list, consider buying it soon before it goes out of stock.

@Burning

CA/USA
Spend as much as possible
Yes, I can order online
I have a mouse, but not a monitor and keyboard.
I have no preference between windows 7/8.
I'm unsure of what's the norm regarding hard drive space
As for programs, nothing really besides OBS (Open Broadcasting Service (Streaming Program) ) and League of Legends/High FPS intensive games like Skyrim

I'm unsure of what overclocking means or what benefits it provides
And I have no preference whatsoever for a computer case.

There is someone I know who is also recommending a build for me , so maybe I can also run that by you if it's alright with you!

Answer as many questions as you are willing. The information you provide will narrow down the potential computers I look at.

What country/state do you live in?
Would you like to save money or do you want to spend as much of your budget as possible?
Can you order online? If you cannot order online, what stores are around you?

Do you already have a monitor, keyboard, and/or mouse? If you have a monitor, what is its screen resolution?
Do you need an operating system such as Windows 7 or Windows 8?
How much hard drive space do you want?
What other programs do you use?

Are you interesting in overclocking the processor, the video card, or both?
Do you have any preferences or restrictions for a computer case(features, looks, etc.)?

Mention any other special requests you may have. Be as detailed as you can with all your responses.

CPU has a reputation for streaming LoL. GPU has positive vids of running LoL with ULTRA settings.
Compatible Motherboard. RAM is 8gb 2x4gb for dual channels (some pc build standard)
Case allows GPU length. You can just put your hard disk drive into this build to become your new computer.
(im assuming you post on basil with a pc.)

but anyways heres a hard drive and legit operating system (if you wanna buy one) :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832416806 100 bucks

if your streaming includes audio, plz note mechanical gaming keyboards can be very noisy.
I could put microphones here. (i hear "Blue" microphones are nice)

Anyways, ya, 1000 bucks is more than enough for a high definition League of Legends streaming set-up for your room.

*i take no responsibility for anything posted here. You might blame me for ANYTHING, which im afraid of. I posted with the thought of what i would buy if i had 1000 dollars and wanted to stream and play LoL on high def at the same time.
Plz note that even after you get all this swag, your performance limiter will be how you connect to the internet. Also, obviously, you can replace stuff, ignore anything posted here, know that im just a basiler.

plz don't ask me questions, i only built it as if i was gonna buy it (im not perfect) so you might find similar parts at cheaper prices around the web, not need some parts, other things i cant think of.
