Karma Koins - Not Enough Balance
So, today I went out and bought a $25 Karma Koin. I redeemed $5 first to buy a shop. I was contemplating on whether or not to sell the $20, but I decided not to. I tried to redeem my Karma Koin for the second time, but a notice comes up and says, "Not Enough Balance." I know for a fact I have $20 left still because I checked the amount on the Karma Koin website. I even tried to redeem my card on another computer and it says the same thing.
Has anyone else experienced this? If you have, what did you to fix it?

Yup, my Karma Koins worked too. To all who said you have to redeem the whole value at once: you're wrong.

I don't want to call you an idiot, but you're making it very hard not to. I, like many others, have redeemed Karma Koins in intervals many times in the past. This is why I'm as frustrated as I am atm. If you bothered to read some of the earlier comments you'd see that people can still redeem them in portions, and would realize it's not the way you assume it is, but an actual issue affecting a few of us. </3
I sent in a ticket with a very detailed explanation, a very clear screen shot of my card receiving the "Not Enough Balance" message, and one of my card showing it's current balance on the Karma Koin website. Both with time and dates in them, so I get none of that "this is fake" bs. If that's not enough information for them to look into, and resolve my issue then idk what to say other than, F U Nexon.

Nothing yet. Sent in a ticket on the 30th and have yet to receive a response... >.<
I redeemed my 10k karma coin in 5s. It worked fine for me o.o
Feel happy that money is going towards charity.
It's weird because I've done it in intervals before....hope this gets resolved after the patch tonight, otherwise....I may just quit.
I know this is probably like an Old Forum But you should try calling them to see if one of their hotline people can help you on your situation.

i charged 15k then 10k on my 25k karma card. you don't have to charge it all at once.
this was done yesterday too.
Under your billing, there's a way to redeem more of your points. The same exact thing happened to me. I thought I lost out and a friend explained it to me, I forget the exact steps, though.

I guess the real lesson here is to never trust new things that Nexon comes up with.

I've actually redeemed a $50 card in groups of $10 with no problems... either I'm an exception or you've got no idea what you're talking about

I was able to redeem a 50K Karma
In 15K
And 35K on seperate accounts.
Oh wow... whenever I charged my other Karma Koin cards, it always gave me the option to charge like $1, $5, $10, etc. How dumb is this...

That's pretty shady, though. Anyone with a reasonable amount of sense would infer, from the page that asks how much of your card you'd like to redeem, that you would be able to redeem the rest at a later point. >_>
