That's not glitched lol, that's normal now. It's meant to summon mobs through the entire fight, not just a couple times at the beginning and then stop.

I did a run also, and he summoned like 100s of the monks too.
And our run had a mage, after the first set of monks were dead, they just kept coming, and coming.
you just need a mage, i believe nexon "fixed" it so luring the mobs to a side wouldn't work anymore
