You guys aren't answering his question.
If you're asking which gives more exp in a shorter amount of time it would be MPE.
10 mins = 40% in MPE
30 mins = like 100% in Evo Lab, without Stance...
I'd just do MPE as much as possible, and then do Evo Lab, then do regular Monster Park.

Both... seeing as Evo lab is 5 times a day, and MPE is 3 times a day
