i dont think im recubing im probably just going to buy a 3%neb and put it on the cape
It depends if you're recubing or not.
I bought a 7-star 3L epic for 6b, and it will probably take more than 3b to get to 15% Dex Unique.
However, I'm going for Legendary, so it will cost me about 1.5b to get to Unique, or 7.5b for 3L Unique Cape, after which I would wait for a 2x miracle time to cube to Legendary (with an expected value of 33 red cubes during the event).
would it still bgood cause marvels now out and clean tyrant archer capes are 2.5bil

idk archer tyrant has been one lowest value tyrants since marvels 2x drop rate
they gave out free sup shielding wards?

Not really, it was probably made during the dupe compensation where everyone got protection scrolls. People can just psok it and xfer over to their mules to use 3 prots to enhance. 1 5 star ee + 2 more ee doesn't cost a lot.
