Returning to Maple but Ive been banned
Hello. Im trying to return to Maplestory, but I've discovered that my account has been banned. I have not played in over a year and i dont understand why it is blocked. I can't even login to the site to submit a ticket. I don't understand. What can i do to get it contact them t unblock me?

have you tried logging in with your hacks turned off

Wow... I worked really hard on that account too. I have used a different account to submit a ticket about the one wrongfully banned so hopefully everything goes well.

I really don't think so. Maybe it was more from the inactivity.. but i did e-mail them so hopefully they'll respond so i can get to the bottom of this.
This is far fetched but you can use your new account and submit a ticket about your old account. Explain your situation and prove you're the owner of the closed account and maybe they can help you out.

Damn. My high-leveled characters and everything are on that account.
You can't really do anything about that, just make a new account.
