So i just made a phantom for a link skill and i got this potion that says it will get me to lvl 70 O-o
why did i get this?

It says lv.70, but if you read the dialogue, it only works up to like 17/18
Are you sure it says level 70?
Isn't it suppose to say something like grants experience and when you keep using it, takes you to level 18?
