Is it just me or are the names of the level 150 equips, like some abilities in naruto o.O?

The techniques in Naruto have origins as well. Kishi didn't just pull words out of his ass.
Both the Sengoku equips and Sharingan techniques are from Japanese legends/myths.

actually these sharingan powers: susano'o, amaterasu, tsukoyumi are actually gods in shinto culture thus in naruto and in sengoku era (JMS update with hayato and kanna).
