For people who have patients in training
I decided to help a bit of people who have patients to find places to train where that are not populated.
Lvl 1 - 10 ~ Quests
Lvl 11 - 20 ~ Slimes/Mushrooms
Lvl 21 - 30 ~ Golems/Rotting Skeletons (NLC)
Lvl 31 - 40 ~ Mushroom Castle/CPQ
Lvl 41 - 50 ~ CPQ (Trade Win)/ CD's (Kerning Square)
Lvl 51 - 60 ~ Drakes/Teddies (Ludibrium) [b]OR[/b] At Lvl 55, do library books at Korean Folk Town (15,000 EXP per quest)
Lvl 61 - 70 ~ Pirate PQ
Lvl 70 - 80 ~ Baby Tigers (Korean Folk Town)
Lvl 80 - 90 ~ Roids
Lvl 90 - 100 ~ Galloperas
After that, I don't know where else.

Ditto with the Korean Folk Town quests. I gained 3 levels in 3 hours from them at level 58 (pretty fast leveling for me, anyways). Moon Bunnies are good exp for fire weak monsters, you get a cape/mace/hat from it (though they all suck), and most importantly, it's more FUN than grinding for 3 hours. Remember to give the storybooks to Wiz when you get them for the 15k exp and 30 melting cheeses. You get 90k exp and 180 cheeses (I NPCed them all for like 400k mesos) in all from Wiz, not to mention the exp from killing monsters, and the quests exp (at least 50k).
If you're rich, you can donate and get a medal with +10 all stats, and I like the music and atmosphere of the area. Korean Folk Town is the way to go.
The Goblin Kings aren't too difficult for a level 60, because even though you miss 50% of the time, they only have 25k HP each, 50k accounting for the misses. At least they're easier than the Spirit of Rock boss in Kerning Square, which has 500k HP, can heal, and you have to kill it at level 40.

Actually he went through the trouble of finding and listing only unpopular places where you cane asily find a ch. I think duals and mp3 is out of the question...
I got all kinds of patience; young, old, black, white. You name them i got them. I like to keep them in hospital beds. Its good that the price of hospital beds is dropping! I can keep them all happy now!
Why would a doctor train their patients? Isn't that what nurses are for?
