Somewhat funded Nl or More Funded Pally

Well Basil im in a bit of a pickle, I have both a lvl 140 Pally and a lvl 140 NL, my 2 options are go with a pally with 9%str top, bot,shoes, strong machine gloves and red rex with a 174att 3L rare carabella or I can do NL with 101 att claw 30% boss with 9% LUK top, bot, shoes, SMG and red rex? I like both for bossing but Im afraid of NL survivability in bossing (dieing) rather than a Palladin who uses much less pots and worries less about dieing. I know its personal preference but im wondering what would be the better choice if I like them both but it depended on equipment.
