Items worth paying?

Is it worth it to get a 21 watt Hammered Gloves empress gloves for 1.3b and a 15att u/h lvl 90 shield with 3L epic 11% str for 700m?

I'd get that shield asap.As for the gloves, I don't think they're worth getting.

I've seen 15 att u/h gloves go for ~500m with bad potential in Gazed. Not too sure about nova but it seems like better bang for your buck.
