So which would be better 140-150? Lhc or tot?

No, not even close at all.
It's just a series of maps which you have to do quests to get to the next map (and higher leveld monster in that map) at the end I'm not sure, but I *think* pb is around there somewhere? I don't know.
It's not a pq, it does not give out the 50% bonus for each party member like LHC. just a series of maps with high leveld monsters in them.

You can enter the first ToT monster map at any level, but for the quests, they start at 140.
Level 20 with a wh.
