What kinda foods do you look for at grocery stores? If you wanna start getting in the habit of eating healthier? I made a decision to lose weight for overall health,more productivity during every day activities, and plan to do this year round with exercise. But I usually end up walking around for an hour reading the nutrition labels and end up getting the same stuff like... 100% unflavored oatmeal, eggs (usually just regular eggs not organic), almond milk (because im lactose intolerant but i still need calcium sources), whole grain bread, cheese, banana, lettuce, tomato, frozen chicken breasts, turkey deli slices, 80%+ ground beef Water, green tea, and some sodas sweetened with stevia are my choices of drinks. Almost thought i got into trouble at work For anyone who's ever worked in a grocery type scenary please help me with this.. So today when i was up front helping to bag groceries, my manager asked if he could speak to me when i was done with the customer.. (i thought i was in trouble). He wanted to ask if i would be interested in a promotion to the Meat/Deli work.But idk what i would be getting myself into switching from a courtesy clerk to a Meat/Deli worker in Safeway (safeway is a super grocery chain like trader joe's , whole foods, stop & shop, etc). Keep in mind ive been at this work for a little over one month now here at safeway and i just dont know what i would be getting myself into. Sure i have more hours , probably more pay bu
