What Equips To get with 4b
Hello Marksmen of Basil. I have recently quit my Corsair and sold all his equipment. I was wondering what equips I should purchase for my MM to get the highest damage output available with my funding (4 Billion Mesos). As of now, the only equips I have on my MM is my 21 ATK 6% DEX SMG and my rings (DABR, EVO III, EVO II, and Legendary Gratias). I am in Scania btw.

Full empress set with some %dex, maybe 3-6%'s. (Sell the SMG's [extra money])
150+ attack empress xbow.
And you're pretty much set. Also, 15% dex earrings.

This is good, but he wants the highest range possible. Buying a weapon with 30% boss will cost a ton more than a weapon with 9% attack or something.
