I'm 17 and I've been jobless since January and I haven't gotten a response from any of the millions of places I've applied to.

Good luck. o.o

Do you know any owners of a small restaurant or something really well? You can ask them if they need an extra person to sweep the floor or something. Sometimes, I help my friend's dad with his restaurant and he sometimes pays me, so yeah...

Honestly, I would rather just volunteer at the local library.

I live in Miami. I'm going to tell you this. No one will hire you. I know Publix hires at 14, but most jobs won't hire until you are 16. And if you are 16, you still will be at a disadvantage because a lot of jobs don't hire till 18. However, you could always work under the table. I use to carry paper bags filled with weed in my backpack, which was given by my older cousin, and use to deliver to buyers. I got like $50 a week sometimes and was happy about it, however it was kinda dangerous so I stopped after 2 months. If you really want, I know someone who can get you a job by delivering Fedex boxes and doing shipping stuff. If you live around kendall, hmu ;D

You can't do much at 13.
Most places won't even consider hiring you unless you are 16.

All you can really do is stuff around your neighborhood. Mow lawns, walk dogs, clean pools, etc.

I'd guess that very few employers would put the lives of others into the hands of a 13-year-old, but whatever
